Certain services which may be provided by your doctor are not covered by the NHS and a fee will be payable.

Examples of such services are:  Pre-employment medicals, private medicals for PSV, HGV or taxi driving, insurance claims, private certificates, passport form signing, fitness to undertake sports, etc.  These will be undertaken by prior arrangements.  Details of fees are available from the surgery.
