Patients aged between 16 and 74 years are eligible for 5-yearly health checks. Patients over 75 are eligible for annual health checks.

SERVICE TIMES
– Monday to Friday, 6.30pm – 8.00pm
– Saturday, 9.00am to 5.00pm

Our physios will assess, diagnose, manage and refer if necessary. Please note this service is not applicable to under 16-year-olds.
